What CAD formats are included in the model pack?
Primary format is STEP AP214. We can also provide SolidWorks native (.sldprt/.sldasm), IGES, and Parasolid on request. PDF 2D drawings with GD&T are included by default.
3D model request channel for joint actuator integration planning, envelope checks, and interface co-design.

Used for mechanical envelope verification, cable routing checks, and fixture/interface design reviews.
Submit business contact and project context. Our engineering team will respond with the matching file package and revision guidance.
Each CAD/STEP model pack includes: (1) full 3D assembly model with all sub-components (motor, reducer, encoder, housing) for envelope verification, (2) 2D interface drawings with GD&T callouts for mounting surfaces, shaft output, and connector positions, (3) cable routing reference geometry showing harness exit points and minimum bend radii. Models are delivered in native STEP AP214 format compatible with SolidWorks, Creo, NX, and CATIA. All dimensions reference the active production revision — if a design change has occurred since your last request, we will flag the delta. Typical file size is 15-50 MB per actuator model depending on complexity.

Yes. Each model is tagged with a revision code (e.g., Rev.C) that matches the active production drawing. When you request a model, we confirm the current revision and flag any changes since your last download.
Yes. We provide both detailed models (for DFM-level integration) and simplified envelope models (for early-stage layout studies). Specify your need when requesting.
