What This Resource Includes

Technical datasheets provide the complete electrical and mechanical specification baseline for each actuator model. Contents include: torque-speed curve (continuous and peak), back-EMF constant (Ke), torque constant (Kt), thermal resistance and derating curves, rated/max current, encoder specification (resolution, type, communication), mechanical dimensions with tolerance, weight, IP rating, and operating temperature range. All values are measured under standardized test conditions documented in the header. Datasheets also include recommended operating regions, absolute maximum ratings, and connection diagrams for both power and signal interfaces.

Common Questions

Do datasheets include torque-speed curves?

Yes. Both continuous and peak torque-speed envelopes are plotted. The continuous curve reflects thermal steady-state at 25°C ambient. Derating factors for higher ambient temperatures are provided in a separate table.

Are electrical parameters (Ke, Kt, resistance) included?

Yes. Motor constants (Ke, Kt), phase resistance, inductance, and rated/peak current are specified per winding variant. If custom winding has been applied, datasheet values reflect the actual production winding.

How often are datasheets updated?

Datasheets are updated with each engineering revision. Minor corrections (e.g., tolerance adjustments) are tracked with revision suffixes (Rev.B1, B2). Major changes (new winding, interface change) increment the primary revision.
